Covering duties

Owh owhhhh.....
you are assigned to cover the duty of Ust. Ismail who will be leave
for Hajj from 1st Nov until 10th Dec. 2010

pastu lam surat ni tulis " you are not allowed to take annual leave within 28 days from the date you caovered the duties in order for you to be paid for the covering allowence"......

Mcmana kalu cuti raya haji ni?? takpe la, tk dpt allowence pn tkpa.
